Welcome to your new Tuesday night Toning and 2-step! Join us as Cardio Vibes by Danni hosts our 6-week iCare Flow series. A 45 minute mat Pilates session guaranteed to stretch your mind and strengthen your core. ($25/scheduled session)

Followed by 90 minutes of iCare Footwork. Line dancing to elevate your spirit and your heart rate. You'll be prepared for every holiday party this season! ($10/scheduled session)

Unsure of which Tuesday will work for you? No problem! Book a Single iCare Flow, Single iCare Footwork, or Single Flow & Footwork Drop-In class that can be used one time throughout the 6-weeks. All the fun without the full commitment.😊 This is a great option since classes are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
