Terms & Conditions – iCare LAB

By booking or attending classes with iCare LAB, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

All class registrations and purchases must be completed through our website using Stripe, our secure payment processor.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

We do not accept partial payments or reservations without payment.

We accept payments by credit and debit card (processed securely through Stripe), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for quick checkout. A small processing fee is applied to card and digital wallet transactions to cover Stripe’s transaction costs.

To avoid processing fees, clients may also pay by Zelle or cash at thstudioio.

Payment Processing Fees

All payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a small processing fee to cover transaction costs charged by Stripe (our secure payment processor). This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout as a separate line item. Clients who prefer to avoid this fee may use Zelle or cash as alternative payment methods.

2. Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other people or future sessions.

Unused classes, packages, or missed sessions cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled class or fail to attend, the full class fee will be charged.

Payments will be collected in full for late cancellations and no-shows.

No-Shows defined
If you reserve a spot and do not attend without notice (“no-show”), the card on file will be charged the full class fee.
If you do not wish to keep a card on file, you may attend as a walk-in and pay on site if space is available.

If there is no card on file, iCare LAB, LLC reserves the right to invoice you for the full cost of the session in the event of a no-show. Because space is limited, we believe in operating with fairness so that spots remain available for those committed to attending. We appreciate your understanding and hope this policy does not impede on your future iCare Connections.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in iCare LAB classes:

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise.

You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in the activities offered.

You release iCare LAB, LLC, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your participation.

5. Privacy & Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. iCare LAB does not store or have access to your complete credit card details.

6. Studio Policies

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted once class begins.

Proper attire and clean socks are required for safety and hygiene.

We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.

7. Changes & Updates

iCare LAB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
