Root your body. Calm your mind.
Nourish your soul.
CEO Corner
Grounding isn’t just for the mind—it’s for the body, too.
When you return to the basics, you create space for what matters most.
Slow down. Breathe deep.
Nourish well. Move gently.
You are enough, exactly as you are.
September Tip
- Start your day with protein and fiber to balance blood sugar.
- Spend 10 minutes outdoors each day.
- Practice 4–7–8 breathing when stress rises.
- Move your body in a way that feels steady and supportive.
- Choose whole, minimally processed foods.
September Reminder
- You don’t have to do it all.
- Slowing down is productive.
- Rest is not a reward—it’s a requirement.
- You are allowed to take up space.
You matter. Always.

- Place the opposite elbow outside the bent knee.

Fruit of the Month
Apple
Nature’s grounding fruit. Apples are rich in fiber, vitamin C, and polyphenols that support digestion, heart health, and immune function.
Little-known apple benefits

Don’t peel it yet: Much of the fiber and antioxidants are in the skin. Wash well and enjoy.
